   Nippon Nozzle Co., Ltd. first succeeded in manufacturing spinnerets for viscose rayon in 1930, and contributed to the development in chemical fiber industry. Since that time, we, as a world leading spinneret manufacturer, have diligently worked to improve our technology as well as our manufacturing capabilities. Nippon Nozzle enjoys a reputation for quality and excellence. We have been always flexible and positive in our craftsmanship. This has been our company posture since we developed the first spinneret in 1930.

  In 2008, Nippon Nozzle was acquired under a new management organization as a group company of Nakamura Choko of Osaka, Japan. Nakamura is a leader in high precition manufacturing, focusing on machining ultra-hard materials. Joining with Nakamura was a perfect marriage for Nippon Nozzle. The new organization has a strong synergy of talents that will enable us to develop new technologies and processes. As always we say; “Unusual and difficult challenges are welcome!” These talents, both shared between us and unique to us and will meet a wide variety of requirements of customers.. We believe that our R&D between Nippon Nozzle and leading technical Japanese universities will further our understanding and creation of new technologies.

  Nippon Nozzle, as a pioneer of spinneret manufacturing, will keep aiming the group of craftsmanship for the customers improvements in developing their value adding products.
