Nippon Nozzle Co., Ltd first succeeded in manufacturing spinnerets for viscose rayon in 1930.  We were the very first company to produce a commercial spinneret.  Since that time, we have diligently and relentlessly worked to improve both our technology as well as our manufacturing capabilities.

As a result of our 70+ years in business, we have built a reputation for quality and excellence that has become our hallmark.  Additionally, we have developed customers relationships based on trust and commitment all over the world.

We believe in innovation and flexibility.  We pride ourselves in being able to adapt to both market conditions, as well as industry trends.  This has been our mantra since we developed that first spinneret in 1930.

In April 2008, we were merged into the Nakamura Choko company of Osaka, Japan.  Nakamura is an expert in high precision manufacturing and focuses on machining ultra-hard materials.  Joining with Nakamura was a perfect marriage for Nippon Nozzle.  We believe that our merger with Nakamura will create a strong synergy of talents, both shared between us and unique to us.  We welcome the future and will work to expand our position in both high precision manufacturing of spinnerets, as well as our manufacturing technology of ultra-hard materials.
