Air is blown from two air injectors located on the top corner of the Hexagon shaped channel. Based on technical trial data, the air is blown in the optimum angle designed uniform entanglement yarn with less air consumption.

Existing interlacing nozzles need to adjust the location of support guides on machine to set yarn in the right position of channel. Our Double Yarn Guides solve this problem and you can set yarn in right center of channel easily from any direction without worrying about location of support guides.
